Ingredients:
4 large bell peppers (any color)
1 lb ground turkey or beef
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 cup low-carb marinara sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
In a large skillet, brown the ground turkey or beef over medium-high heat.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until the onion is softened.
Add the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the skillet and stir to combine.
