Ingredients:


1 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined

3 cups broccoli florets

4 tbsp. unsalted butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp. dried thyme

1 tsp. dried oregano

1/2 tsp. dried basil

Salt and pepper to taste

Lemon wedges (optional)


Instructions:


Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 2 tablespoons of butter and let it melt.


Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes or until pink and cooked through. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.


In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and let it melt.


Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes or until slightly tender.


Add the minced garlic, dried thyme, dried oregano, and dried basil to the skillet. Sauté for 1-2 minutes or until the garlic is fragrant.


Add the cooked shrimp back to the skillet and toss with the broccoli and herb butter.
