Low-Carb Cheeseburger Casserole that kids will love!
Cook Time: This recipe takes about 30-35 minutes to prepare and 20-25 minutes to bake in the oven, for a total cook time of approximately 50-60 minutes.

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon mustard powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
4 large eggs
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup sugar-free ketchup
1/4 cup dill pickle relish
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Drain off any excess grease.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet with the beef and continue to cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the onion is translucent.
Add the salt, black pepper, paprika, mustard powder, garlic powder, and onion powder to the skillet and stir to combine.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, sugar-free ketchup, and dill pickle relish until smooth.
Spread the ground beef mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
Pour the egg mixture over the top of the beef mixture, making sure it is evenly distributed.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the casserole.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Allow the casserole to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
