Ingredients:
For the Fajita Seasoning:
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon salt

For the Bowl:
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow onion, sliced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup cooked brown rice
1 avocado, sliced
1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions:
In a small bowl, whisk together the fajita seasoning ingredients.
In a large pan, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
Add the sliced peppers and onions to the pan and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender and slightly caramelized.
Add the fajita seasoning to the pan and stir to coat the vegetables evenly.
Add the black beans to the pan and stir to combine.
In a separate pan, heat the cooked brown rice until heated through.
To assemble the fajita bowl, divide the rice between bowls and top with the fajita mixture.
Garnish with sliced avocado, shredded cheese, salsa, sour cream, cilantro, and a lime wedge.
